    Born June 28, 1970 in Komatsu City, Ishikawa Prefecture, graduated from Tsubata High School (Judo Club) in 1988. From the spring of 1988, he spent a total of 11 years training at Tsuruju in Toranomon, Tokyo, Nishiki in Arashiyama, Kyoto, and Kanazawa. On December 8, 1999, the couple opened a 18-tsubo, 20-seat restaurant in Katamachi. In 2000, he participated in the "National Knife Championship" as a Hokuriku representative and won a prize. In 2001, the restaurant was relocated to a new building along the Katamachi Sai River, with 60 seats. In the same year, just three years after opening, it was selected as a venue for food talks at Foodpia, and became a famous restaurant both in name and reality. In 2004, it was expanded to 110 seats of 100 tsubo. After that, it became a popular store representing Kanazawa, and was featured not only on local TV and magazines, but also on national broadcasts. Since 2012, as chairman of the 60 stores in Katamachi Tenmacho Shopping Street, he has also focused on contributing to the local community, and has also been involved in volunteer activities such as sending gifts to children in the disaster area. In recent years, he has been actively conducting lecture activities in response to needs. The trademark yellow color appears wherever you go, and many people look forward to the "Greetings of the Month" written from the beginning of the opening every month.
