★Message from the chef
My dream has come true and I am filled with gratitude.
During my training, the first time I visited the Kokugikan, I was seated at the very back of the second floor. I vowed to myself, "I'll be able to sit in the front seats someday," and worked hard to achieve that goal. I was able to achieve that goal, and now, my long-cherished dream of "entering a prize draw" has come true!
All of this is thanks to the customers who use Kappo Takeshi and everyone who supports us. Thank you very much.

I also appeared in the show in 2014 as "A Japanese Restaurant Where the Chefs Are Like Sentai Heroes," and thanks to a connection, I was given the opportunity to appear again after 11 years.
At the time, the color of the apron was changed depending on the rank of the staff, but because they worked so hard during the earthquake and tsunami, including providing meals, everyone is now wearing super yellow!
