We offer a luxurious crab-themed course where you can fully enjoy crab, a seafood delicacy that the Hokuriku region is proud of.You can enjoy steamed snow crab, crab shabu-shabu, and more.*If local Kanou crabs are difficult to obtain or are too expensive, we will use snow crabs from nearby waters.

■November Course
We only offer crab-themed kaiseki courses (6 courses in total).
On Fridays, Saturdays, and November 22nd and 23rd, only the Premium Kaiseki and Full Premium Kaiseki courses will be available.
・We do not offer any regular courses other than the crab-themed kaiseki meal.
■December Course
On Fridays, we only offer our crab-themed kaiseki course (6 courses available).
On Saturdays, we only offer the Premium Kaiseki and Full Premium Kaiseki courses.
・On weekdays, we can also offer our regular courses in addition to the crab-themed kaiseki meal.
*1) Due to the extremely high volume of customers from November onwards, we are unable to accept reservations for seats only or for individual menu items.
*2) We use Kanou crab for our snow crabs, but depending on fishing conditions, they may be sourced from outside the prefecture (92% of Kanou crabs were used last season).
